Question 1- Are all the items vintage? And what is the condition?
Yes! All items are over 20 years old and have been thoughtfully chosen by myself. The items are of good used condition but due to the items being vintage and therefore second-hand there may be some signs of gentle wear. However any significant flaws will always be noted in the description.
Question 4- I made a mistake with my address how can I change this?
Before submitting your order please make sure that your shipping address is correct. However mistakes can happen so if you do have an issue with the address please contact me within 24 hours of your order so I can amend it before it is dispatched.
Question 2- What are the sizes that you stock?
I try to be as size inclusive as I possibly can. As all items are vintage and one off pieces sizing is item specific. I recommend always double checking the measurements provided in the item description.
Question 5- What are the dispatch and shipping times?
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
UK- Estimated to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch (Options are available for faster delivery)
Europe- Estimated to arrive within 5 working days of dispatch
Rest of the world- Estimated to arrive within 7 working days.
Question 3- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I do! International shipping is calculated by weight of your order. This will be automatically displayed for you during checkout.
Question 6- Am I able to return my order?
Unfortunately I do not accept returns and I am unable to do exchanges. Please always make sure to read the description before buying especially double checking all measurements and note any mentioned flaws.
