Shipping is dependent on weight and prices are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

UK

2nd Class Signed for up to 2kg- free

1st Class up to 2kg-£2

Anything above 2kg- prices will be provided at checkout.

 

International

Prices are calculated at checkout and vary based on country and the weight of the order.

Estimated Arrival times

 

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

 

UK- 2nd Class signed for is estimated to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch (Option available for faster delivery)

 

Europe- Estimated to arrive within 5 working days of dispatch 

 

Rest of the world- Estimated to arrive within 7 working days.

Unfortunately on rare occasions there may be shipping delays due to circumstances of the world and Courtney Bliss Vintage should not be held responsible for such instances.

Your shipping information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Courtney Bliss Vintage is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, I will always try my best to help if such a rare instance does occur.

Taxes and Duties

On rare circumstances your package may be subject to customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges set by your country's custom office. Such charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by Courtney Bliss Vintage. Please check with your country's customs for more information on this.

Returns

Unfortunately I do not accept returns and I am unable to do exchanges. Please always make sure to read the description before buying especially double checking all measurements. The items are of good used condition but due to the items being vintage and therefore second-hand there may be some signs of gentle wear. However any significant flaws will always be noted in the description so please make a note of this. All sales are final.

Changes to Shipping Address

Before submitting your order please make sure that your shipping address is correct. However mistakes can happen so if you do have an issue with the address please contact me within 24 hours of your order so I can amend it before it is dispatched.
